Emma Stone at MET 2012 | She is just looking so sweet. Damn.
Looking through the different fashions tonight at the Met Gala tonight and picked my favorite four looks. Some of the combinations tonight were disastrous (Like Beyonce’s. I don’t care what anyone says, that dress was awful.). Some attendees had a great dress, but horrible makeup (Camila Belle. What the hell went on there?), or vice versa.
Dianna Agron looked regal in her Carolina Herrera dress tonight and it set off her hazel eyes to a wonderful shade of green. Her hair was styled in a way that complimented her pretty makeup and dark eye and didn’t take the eye away from her beautiful dress. I loved the gold shoe peeking out from the semi-sheer fabric of her dress. Absolute favorite of the night.
Emma Stone killed it in her red Lanvin dress. The length was fun and fresh and I loved the texture in that it didn’t overpower the dress. Her makeup was absolutely beautiful and set off her great features. Her entire look highlighted her general prettiness and I don’t think anyone could have done it better. The tip of my hat to you, Miss Stone!
Emma Roberts wore a sunflower yellow dress by Escada and I literally fell in love with it. The shape enhanced her curves and the solid color lengthened her body and made her look sexy. I loved the little peplum over the skirt and the waist-cinching belt. The color brought out peachy tones of her skin and didn’t clash with her sunny blonde hair. It was a winning look in my opinion.
There’s been some mixed reactions to Lily Collin’s Valentino gown, but I thought it was killer. She took a risk with the long sleeves and high neckline (I see that Sarah Jessica Parker and Karolina Kurkova did the same thing, but Lily pulled it off best) but the soft, sheer fabric of the sleeves was the key to making it work. I loved the soft pastel accents and pretty lace. The entire look was soft with a bohemian feel to it. It went great with her fair skin and made a great contrast to her dark hair. She kept the makeup simple and let her dress do the work. I loved it.

Audrey Hepburn spent many years in Africa helping the helpless with little to no credit nor media coverage. Snooki goes to Vegas and vomits and the whole world knows about it!
